What is the nature of cellulite?

The term cellulite describes fat deposited in pockets close to the skin surface, commonly focused around the thighs, buttocks and hips.

These pockets are separated by strands of collagen fibers. The break-down of these strands combined with accumulation of subcutaneous fat, cause the fat cells to bulge out, creating the famous dimpled look of cellulite.

Effective Technology & Visible Results

With so many cellulite treatments on the market today, finding an effective cellulite reduction technology is very difficult. Many available treatments simply don’t reach the depths needed to be successful.

At Hills Laser Centre, we use Venus (MP)² technology which combines radio frequency and magnetic pulsing, applied with a multi-polar handpiece, to melt away cellulite from within, rather than trying to inefficiently treat it from the outside.

Using the biggest multipolar handpiece on the market today, Venus (MP)² technology reaches down to the subcutaneous fat layer to achieve great results without adverse effects.

Our cellulite reduction technology achieves amazing outcomes including lipolysis (the break down of fat cells), angiogenisis (proliferation of capillaries for boosted circulation) and toxin elimination by lymphatic stimulation.

How does the cellutite treatment work?

(MP)² generates a magnetic field that induces the release of growth factors required for the proliferation of dermal fibroblast, as well as for the sprouting of new blood vessels. In addition, the RF component of (MP)²  increases collagen and elastin synthesis through controlled thermal damage mechanism, and triggers enzyme mediated lipolysis. These effects lead to decreased subcutaneous fat mass, improved blood circulation and stabilization of collagen strands, resulting in cellulite reduction.
